At Triona Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Irish tweed and wool garments. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a return authorization and receive your unique reference number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item at our Donegal workshop, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
